(More customer reviews)I give this 3 stars just because it is a Keurig and the single serve system is great.
I do however have a beef with this model. Not only is it more expensive than your BJ's or Costco it also lacks certain features you get when you purchase the B70 model. I just bought mine at BJ's and I am returning it to purchase a B70 model.
The differences are:
B70 ( Platinum )
Cup sizes up to 12oz
Adjustable Temp
Lacks the 72 K-Cups instead you get 12.
B77 ( Select )
Stops at 10oz
No Adjustable Temp.
Bonus 72 K-Cups instead of the 12.
If you don't care much for the differences then the extra K-cups might make it worth the buy. I would still suggest you get it from BJ's or Costco since this price is $30 more here than they have it for.
I wanted the 12oz so I decided to forgo the extra k-cups and I am going for the B70 (Platinum).

While it takes boiling water without cracking, the glass is very thin so not long after receiving them, I broke one just by drying vigorously (twisted too hard on the top edge!) You cannot make just one or two cups of tea because the leaves won't be under water - the basket is too short for anything below about 3/4 full and best if nearly full. I've now switched to making tea (for iced tea) in a smaller cup then mixing with water in the remaining beaker. Good idea if the basket were longer.

I'm talking about the little tray that sits beneath the water dispensor that collects any drips after the water is is shut off. Not only is it cheap looking it locks in so tight that it is almost impossible to get out and clean. If you have hard water it looks like a mess after only a couple of times using it.

Wilton Mini Ball Pan Review

(More customer reviews)I've used this pan to make cakes decorated like Christmas ornaments, igloos, small sports balls, and the center of a large sunflower cake. It's hard to carve a shapely circle from round/square cakes, so this has been an indispensable tool in the aforementioned projects.
This is made of flimsy aluminum and requires generous greasing to avoid sticking - leave no spot ungreased! I use homemade cake release and it works better than spray (thoroughly mix 1 cup flour, 1 cup shortening, and 1 cup veggie oil - brush on pan with pastry brush and refrigerate remainder for future use). I also had to adjust my baking time/temperature to avoid any burned cakes.
All in all, I'm glad that I have 2 sets of mini ball pans for the occasional spherical cake. With Amazon's 4-for-3 promo, this ended up being a good deal for me. Just remember that greasing this sucker is essential.

(More customer reviews)I just built a new house in Houston, TX and opted out of the refrigerator which my builder generally uses because I have always had good success with KitchenAid products. I selected this model because of its claim to be counter depth and its reasonable price. The cabinetmaker, Kent Moore Cabinets, provided a standard cabinet depth opening. Unfortunately, this refrigerator sticks way out of the standard opening revealing a lot of black metal. The cabinetmaker indicated that even if they tear out the surrounding cabinet and remake it, the hinging design of the refrigerator will still require a lot of black metal to protrude from the opening. It was a waste of money to have panels made when the idea of the panels is to make it appear to be part of the cabinetry. I am really disappointed that I selected this fridge.

(More customer reviews)Although not this exact model, we have a 42" Viking Professional Series Side-by-Side Refrig/Freezer. This is postively the WORST R/F we have ever owned. Whatever is on the top shelf of the refrigerator gets frozen, likewise the produce in the bottom drawer. We had it serviced and were told that all refrigerators other than the Sub Zero have only one compressor, which means they funnel cold air from the freezer to keep things cold in the refrigerator. Regardless of the science, a $7,000 R/F should not have this problem. If you can afford it, buy Sub Zero OR save yourself $$$ and go with GE.
Oh yes, forgot to mention that what galvanized me to write this review is that this morning I heard a crash inside the refrigerator and when I looked inside, one of the in-door shelves had simply broken apart and sent everything crashing--it's 2 years old.
In all fairness, I gave 2 stars b/c it actually does keep things COLD but I would never buy Viking again.

It looks pretty and all, BUT I have to say that I am not very happy with the storage capacity of this fridge. The door bins are curved, so you can fit VERY FEW items in one bin. You can't fit many tall things (i.e. wine bottles after they've been opened) if you have some other things there like milk and/or juice. The coke can dispenser is nice IF YOU DRINK FROM CANS! We don't and there's no way to change out that bin. It's just that my older Kenmore fridge (much cheaper) had a LOT more storage than this one. Too many curves in this model, which really bringe down storage capacity.
This was the one item that I did not look at carefully when buying my kitchen appliances. Probably would not buy it again.

Whirlpool 8212638RP 6-Foot Industrial Braided Fill Hose with 90 Degree Elbow, 2-Pack Review

(More customer reviews)The hoses that came with my washer were marked "replace every 5 years". While few probably pay attention to such things, I know *far* to many who have had hoses leak, or worse, burst when they're not home and cause huge problems. Washing machines used to almost always be in basements, garages, etc. where a water leak might be onto concrete. That can still cause lots of damage to whatever is sitting on the concrete but the house itself is less likely to suffer serious damage.
But the trend in new homes is to put the laundry room near the bedrooms so it's often on the main floor or even upstairs. How much damage do you think might be caused if a hose bursts? It can easily exceed $100,000 in some houses. And the "pan" they sometimes sit under the washer on an upper floor won't catch more than a slow drip in just the right spot. When hoses fail they typically spray water several feet or more in random directions.
Long story short, it's cheap insurance to replace the hoses. And these braided hoses with right angle fittings are a significant upgrade over the plain ones that come with most washers. The right angle helps keep the hose from being kinked (which can make it fail) and reduces the stress on the hose if it's up against a wall (as most are) as the washer vibrates during the spin cycle.
The stainless hoses look nice but are kind of a gimmick in my opinion. The metal braid is just a sleeve over a plain rubber hose and water runs right through it. While it might help keep the hose from bulging and bursting under high pressure, that's not how hoses usually fail. Typically the rubber gets *harder* as it gets older and eventually starts to fatigue or even crack. They don't get softer and bulge out. So a stainless steel hose will probably leak just as easily as a cheap one.
These hoses, however, are different. The braided material is actually PART OF THE HOSE not just a sleeve slipped over the outside. So they're probably quite a bit stronger and less prone to failure than plain hoses. It's like the difference between a $5 garden hose and a $30 garden hose. The more expensive hose has a braided layer bonded into it that greatly prolongs its life.
The bottom line: These hoses are cheap insurance. They also come in a straight (vs 90 degree right angle) version.

As our Kenmore refrigerator is the type that dispenses ice and water, we felt that installing an inline filter was a good idea. This filter does a great job of eliminating the strong chlorinated flavor that was in our water. In fact, the difference is so obvious, even our kids commented.
My husband knows his way around a tool box so the installation of this filter was fairly routine for him. However, those who are intimidated by the idea of making burr free cuts in a water line may want to look at a different filtering solution. The filter is fairly small and easily tucks away out of sight behind the appliance without forcing the unit further out into the room.

The first one was designed a little differently, more like the Magic Bullet. The last two are like the picture with the push button. The first I had gotten for my daughter when she moved out. Well she moved back in so I got to use it. I love it for protein shakes. Then I bought two more one for me and one for my sister. Well the son moved out so he got the oldest one. The daughter moved out so she got the one that was here that we were using. The third one was a gift to my sister. Now I don' have one here and I wanted to get away from the three tabs only because sometimes they are hard to slide in. After reading all the reviews I decided that for the price you cannot beat it. It comes with more blending cups than any of the others. Once you get used to using it, you will find out what works and what doesn't. The pulse button is great, just like a large blender you are not supposed to let it run nonstop. Unless the Magic Bullet has changed design you have to turn the whole cup and then turn to stop so hard to pulse. It also has the three tabs. I have used the Magic Bullet so this is from first hand experience.

Cons
1. Cups are probably not dishwasher safe. I have had some leak in the seam, so I stopped putting them in the dishwasher. I did contact the manufacturer and they did send me two replacement cups (including useless travel lids and gray rings) :) I just had to pay shipping $4.95. They did report the problem so maybe there will be a fix. I also thought it might be caused by the whole ice cubes pulsing against the sides.
Neutral
1. The gray rings, not sure what their purpose is. They are too small to insulate, I don't hold the cup at the top to drink. Don't really get it. Would rather see another cup or a refrigerator lid.
If you are using ice, you have to use a liquid. I don't really think it is loud. if you are crushing ice it will be loud no matter what blender you are using. You only blend for seconds, so no big deal to me.
Now that I have written a novel, I hope that it will help someone choose.
