(More customer reviews)This is the worst appliance I have ever purchased. While I did not buy it from amazon, I want to get the word out there! Purchased for my son, from Santa, for Christmas. The device never made frozen ice cream. We tried it twice! Followed the directions to a T. I have experience making ice cream and this was the biggest piece of c----! Thank God my son is 12 years old and realizes that Santa sometimes makes a bad purchasing decision. Spend the money and get the Cuisinart!
