(More customer reviews)Purchased in January 2011. We like the style and layout of this refrigerator. Unfortunately, the ice maker went out after one month. LG is the only manufacturer that requires you to submit a a form to request in-home warranty service. You can't just call a local authorized service company yourself. Then, when they get around to it, LG contacts a service rep to come fix the problem. It's been five days and haven't heard from LG. I won't be purchasing any additional LG appliances.
