(More customer reviews)My machine does not freeze the ice cream at all during processing, even if the container has been sitting in the freezer for days and it doesn't loose the freezing fluid and the recommended recipes are used. It is very frustrating, as have another ice-making machine in another house and it works perfectly (can't recall the brand and model. A total waste of money and time.
